History: Patrick was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He has had some formal singing training, and achieved minor success. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs
