Personality: William is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: William was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. William grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did William. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. Shane liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. The war was a terrible time for him, and Bernard does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Bernard was born with his father's beautiful face. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle.
