History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: Aldous was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing singing.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Gerald grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Dilettante responsibilities is difficult; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: 5'7" and lanky with angular features, he is an attractive figure. He wears skinny pants and wears a violet and tan robe with the hood down. He has a very tight haircut. His green eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: He was born in a small desert village. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Miles took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up greataxe and armor he uses now. He bought a greataxe and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and retire the richest man in the south
