History: He was born in a small plains village. In his 18th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: He is a husky man, who wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with red lining and desert motifs. He sports a flattop hair cut. His skin is flawless and his green eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Simon was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Simon abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: Born to a Painter, his mother struggled to pay the bills. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. After a long history of fighting, Odo and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and he's repulsed by the pc

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and he has money and likes to spend it

Description: He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright blue and yellow, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. He is portly but not overly obese. He keeps his long silver hair kept up in a rat tail. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Nicholas embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Doctor responsibilities is difficult; and he desires power and/or immortality
