Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He dresses in green turtlenecks beneath a white coat with brown slacks. His chestnut hair is cut short. His eyes are amber and catlike.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of orcs once and for all.
History: He got into the Shoemaker business at a young age. At some point he was captured by orcs and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. He's also a talented Sculptor, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and sabotage a competitor

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He has a large black mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his grey robe. His blonde hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. His ears are large.
Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing writing.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has never given up on his writing dream.
Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Description: He wears light armors faded through time and improper care, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'0" when asserting himself. His top hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His eyes are likewise violet. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.
History: Ralf was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Mercenary work with an outfit from a few towns over. Mercenary work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He now owns his own business.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Mercenary responsibilities is difficult.

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left leg, he tends to wear a white poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt. With bright silver hair and a scraggly beard. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep green.
Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.
History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. Miles was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Miles decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help
