Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'5" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. He has a very tight haircut. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: Simon was born with his mother's beautiful face. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he has decided he is irredeemable

Description: He wears a blue top hat and blue clothes. He carries with him a set of sais, each one with a opal on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. His blonde hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. The family's rival house kidnapped his sister with the intent that his sister marry their son to gain control of contested properties. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and to reunite with his absent father

Description: This man is dressed in a clean white cloak covering his clean studded leather, and sports empty pouches on his belt. His auburn hair is lengthy. His eyes are green and catlike.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.

History: He got into the Sailor business at a young age. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and he is greedy

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears just a yellow suit. He wears his white hair down. His eyes are green and catlike.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it.

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He wears a green cloak and cross-gartered tan stockings. He keeps his blonde hair in a flapper bob. His fierce green eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Barber but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Barber. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Barber.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac
