Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: Adelard lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. In his 17th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Description: He dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head. His skin is fair and his fingers are delicate and long. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy white hair. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He works hard and plays hard.

History: He got into the Apothecary business at a young age. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: To protect his home; and he is unsatisfied with his job

He has done his best to style his brown hair to look like a famous performer. His ears are large.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: A deep hatred of illithids.

Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He prefers to wear brown clothing when he does not wear armor. He keeps his chestnut hair in a flapper bob. His ears are large.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with poetry. He constantly tries to fill his life with poetry. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Roger was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. He has never given up on his poetry dream.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He receives visions of the future at random moments

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well.
