History: Born in the east to a Stylist, Adelard learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He has worked as a Stylist like his father before him.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and he feels threatened by others

Description: He wears dull grey sweaters, loose white pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed monstrous two handed axe, just in case. He has dyed his greying brown hair a little too much giving a sharp brown color. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Gerald was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Gerald decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Roger was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Bather. He was granted martial powers by his dying sister.

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. His auburn hair is heavily combed to the right. His amber eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: Rolf speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Barrister hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Many brigands want him driven away; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion
