History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Conrad was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Courier.
