Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this eastern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Description: This man stands a little under 5'6" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He is wearing a long, tan, dusty cloak. His chestnut hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Dyer and was forced into it by his family; and to reunite with his absent father

Description: 6'5" and lanky with angular features, he is an attractive figure. He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright blue and violet, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. He wears his blonde hair up. His violet eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 8. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of gnolls once and for all.

History: He was born into a rich family. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs; and he is greedy

Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. He wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat. He keeps his white hair in a pixie cut. His skin is flawless and his amber eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Anselm will drive conversation. Anselm enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Anselm was born the youngest of three triplets. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found.

Description: He is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. He carries with him a set of daggers on his belt, each one with a topaz on the hilt. His brown hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a skull scrunchie. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.
