History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His parents enrolled him in a Fighter school at a young age so that he could practice his arcane talents. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Alex hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Alex was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the gnolls.
