He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
History: Robert hails from a village terrorized by orcs. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He became a Spice Merchant soon after.

Personal [hide]
Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears a tan broad hat and tan clothes. His chestnut hair is thinning but still full. His violet eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: He was born into a rich family. A gifted student he started as a Sculptor, but he got bored and became a Sailor. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: Expand his business; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear

His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personal [hide]
Description: Standing 5'2", this man wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. He has no hair. He wears a mask on his face.
Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Roland took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up spear and armor he uses now. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
