He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. After a long history of fighting, Richard and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of gnolls once and for all.

History: Simon hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Simon alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Simon was horrified and prayed that his father was alright.
