History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the north were limited. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and he seems to be bored by most things

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When Bertram reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. Through the years after William was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. William's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He struck the Bellfounder job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it
