History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Jocelyn grew up listening to his father's many stories. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He disdains his fellow easterners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: He was born into a rich family. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Cartwright work with an outfit from a few towns over. Cartwright work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and balancing his hectic life and new cartwright responsibilities is difficult

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. His auburn hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His eyes are a pleasant blue.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. Bernard enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bounty Hunter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a beer of some kind. He is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured, marred by beers. His tied-back hair is white. His hazel eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He is obsessed with his god.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. One day when Lewis was young, his father was sewing while trying to overcome the flu, when suddenly his father dropped to the ground dead. His father had died from a severe disease that was unknown to the village doctor. Lewis was heart-stricken from the event, and his mother started working long hours to provde for them. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: To unite with his sister; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
