Description: He is a pot bellied northern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). With bright white hair and a scraggly beard. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady blue eyes.
Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.
History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Cartwright. He's also a talented Glassblower, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
Motivation: Wants to work out more often.

Description: Standing 5'7", this man wears baggy yellow pantaloons and a violet scarf. His black hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a butterfly scrunchie. His eyes are a pleasant amber.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.
History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he sports pastel clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. He has dyed his greying white hair a little too much giving a sharp white color. His gray unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. In his 15th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has worked as a Unemployed like his father before him.
Motivation: Expand his business.

Description: This man is very fat, and is wearing a long, black cloak. His golden hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His amber eyes peer out from beneath his wide-brimmed black hat.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Carpenter profession.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Glassblower responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He is harsh and unforgiving.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and wants to open a new tavern
