Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Nicholas has worked very hard to control his curse. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and he seems to be bored by most things

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner. He wears his brown hair down. His eyes are a pleasant brown.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it; and many giants want him driven away

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears brown leather gloves, a brown jacket, and tight pants, and is pretty ugly. His black hair is knotted and matted. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines hazel.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: He was born in a small plains village. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a sweet of some kind. He wears a white shirt with thin red vertical stripes and white pants, marred by sweets. He wears his chestnut hair down. His green eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature club.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break.

Description: This man stands a little under 6'3" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears a white Stetson hat and white clothes. His hair is silver, silky, and of moderate length. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Aldous was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His father worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled father and took his father's old job. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Performer for hire.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Human people; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers
