History: He was born on a small isolated farm. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Description: 6'1" and muscular, this southern man wears a blue armored body suit, with a simple white line shooting up and back down. He keeps his long chestnut hair kept up in a rat tail. His gray eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Adelard grew up listening to his father's many stories. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and he loathes his own lifestyle

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends.

His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He's also a talented Shepherd, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He is greedy; and he is unsatisfied with his job
