Description: A 6'0" northern man, he typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep grey leather and dull black iron scale mail. His golden hair is smooth and relatively long. His blue eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Dean was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Being a Painter kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of illithids once and for all.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Kody was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the illithids.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Adelard's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He receives visions of the future at random moments

History: Gifted from a young age, Adelard studied abroad. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: He has a crush on the local Gardener; and he wants to get laid

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: He was born in the south. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Rolf was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. Alexandre enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Alexandre was born the youngest of three triplets. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Layabout. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage
