Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. The war was a terrible time for him, and Hugh does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. His hair is auburn and very short. His eyes are gray and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Bernard was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Through the years after Bernard was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Bernard's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Ernest isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: He was born at the edge of vast plains. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Architect. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and to reunite with his old friends

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the south were limited. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
