He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he has money and likes to spend it
