Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). His hair is cut close to his head. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is a Navigator first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: Dean lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has worked as a Navigator like his mother before him.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: A deep hatred of dire rats; and someone believes him a fraud

Description: This dark-skinned male wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with deerstalker hat. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. He is bald on top and has large auburn tufts of hair around his ears. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it.

Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He was born into a rich family. His father worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled father and took his father's old job. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Guard.

Motivation: To be a Slave Trader again; and regain custody of his son
