History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Tim was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: A 6'4" southern man, he tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His hair is red and curly. He has amber eyes and a brown hat with a violet feather.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He receives visions of the future at random moments

History: Godfrey was born the youngest of three triplets. Godfrey liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He was granted druidic powers by his dying brother.

History: Ernest lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His parents were killed by orcs in a raid when he was still a young child. The orcs captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 7 years.

Description: He tends to wear a black poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt. He has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. His hair is chestnut and curly. He has a tattooed face.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and someone believes him a fraud

Description: This man is tall and muscular. He is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing black cape and mantle trimmed with soft green waves gently in the breeze. His red hair is braided into rings. His eyes are violet and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He is greedy; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge
