History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: Born in the north to a Barrister, Shane learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears a blue vest and prefers yellow and white shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. He wears his white hair up. His gray eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 6 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Dustin never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'3" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He is well dressed, constantly wearing a pastel suit, yellow shirt, and grey tie. His white hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a cross scrunchie. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Jocelyn grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Jocelyn. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.
