The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. Being a Engraver kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Hunter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Description: An older man who is wearing colorful clothing, dressed as a Mortician, he is not a threatening figure. His chestnut hair is braided into rings. He has gleaming, smiling blue eyes.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Mortician arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.
