History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. History: Born in the north to a Navigator, Jocelyn learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Description: A middle-aged man, he likes to wear white tank tops with black pants, and is pretty ugly. He wears a wide-brimmed hat to hide his balding. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: Guy was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Guy and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's attracted to the PC.
