History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. Don was born on a far western desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Assassin. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Bernard was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Bernard alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Bernard was horrified and prayed that his father was alright.
