Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. Hugh is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the south. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Hugh grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.
