Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Frederick fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He has all his life been fascinated with writing.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered writing. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. History: Born in the east to a Ploughman, Henry learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

His black hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: Gunter speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Junk Dealer. He has worked as a Junk Dealer like his father before him.
