Description: He wears well tailored suits and hats with beautiful decoration. He is almost always dressed for an outing in high society, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'8" when asserting himself. His red hair is knotted and matted. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He comes from a rich western family. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: He was raised in a forest tribe. Peter liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. A true patriot, Alexandre would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and human compassion

Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. He wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. He usually doesn't wear a shirt. His hair is long and white with streaks of blonde, and is pulled back with small white clips. His beard is blonde, braided, and well cared for. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He is greedy; and wants to work out more often

Description: A 5'6" northern man, he wears a pastel vest and prefers white and grey shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. His silver hair, when down, is lengthy. His gray eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Bellfounder. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and balancing his hectic life and new bellfounder responsibilities is difficult
