History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the north were limited. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Description: He has a large grey mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his violet robe. He wears a Stetson hat to cover his moderate length silver hair. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. A true patriot, Shane would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Bookbinder they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Mason, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. When John reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
