Gerald Marlowe, Male Human [Permalink]

Personal [hide]

Description: He dresses like a well dressed Guard does. He carries with him a set of longbows on his belt, each one with a topaz on the hilt. His brown hair, when down, is lengthy. His blue eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Guard business.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Guard work with an outfit from a few towns over. Guard work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He now owns his own business.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He plays an instrument quite well.

He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: John was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. His parents were killed by illithids in a raid when he was still a young child. The illithids captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance.
