Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.
History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. In his 12th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature ceremonial dagger.
Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Personality: He hates Humans with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He is afraid of women and trembles around them
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Being a Brewer kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: Human compassion; and he will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact

Description: This man dresses well, wearing white shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time, and sports empty pouches on his belt. He has done his best to style his white hair to look like a famous performer. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.
Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Painter but believes his peers are too gung-ho.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Hugh grew up listening to his mother's many stories. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Painter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
Motivation: To reunite with his old friends.

Description: This man stands a little under 6'4" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. He wears a Stetson hat to hide his balding. His green eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: Heward is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.
History: Heward lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His first spouse was a Knight, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and to unite with his brother

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he wears a worn and beaten armor. His blonde hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.
Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.
History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.
Motivation: An old rival family wants him found.
