Cory Clifton, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: This late middle aged man typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep white leather and dull blue iron scale mail and is in decent physical shape. His auburn hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. His eyes are hazel and catlike.
Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He takes great joy in being the best Merchant in town.
History: Born in the west to a Merchant, Cory learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Merchant. During his travels, Cory and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Cory discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Cory fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.
Motivation: To pay off his debts; and nothing but the best is good enough for him
Ideals: Impeccable. Flaws: Disease. Bonds: Job, Adventurer, Debt. Occupation: Merchant
Voice: Sighs a lot, exhausted

His black leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his brown boots flare out at the collars, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.
History: Hunter was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. Shane Tickle, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: He wears bulky white painted plate armor. He has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. His golden hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His face is scarred and worn.
Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Many dire rats want him driven away; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it
