Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, John embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: John hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving John alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and revenge

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Hunter profession.

History: Anselm was born the youngest of three triplets. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Anselm fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and to be a hunter again

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His psionic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature greataxe.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and to reunite with his old friends

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: Born to a Baker, his father struggled to pay the bills. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Stylist work with an outfit from a few towns over. Stylist work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Stylist for the past few years.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Stylist and was forced into it by his family; and to reunite with his absent father

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: Money/treasure.
