History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 16. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. A true patriot, Bertram would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Bertram was born the youngest of three triplets. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and wants his loneliness to end
