A freak accident while working with his Banker father left him crippled. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Peter was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town.
