Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He tends to wear a large white jacket. He wears a feathered hat to cover his moderate length auburn hair. His gray eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes dire rats are coming to abduct people. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud.

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears a green cloak and cross-gartered brown stockings, and is pretty ugly. His silver hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a top hat. He has a tattooed face.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and wants to have a good time and be beloved

Description: He is a husky man, who prefers to wear blue pants and tee shirts. His hair is blonde and curly. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Raymond grew up listening to his father's many stories. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Raymond alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it.

Voice: Spits words with contempt

Description: He wears professional attire. He is bristling with hidden weapons, mostly morningstars and spears. He wears a small hat to cover his moderate length black hair. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Shepherd arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. After a long history of fighting, Shane and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact.
