History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Balimaar alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a brown coat. His brown hair is braided into rings. His gray eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: Born to a Soapmaker, his mother struggled to pay the bills. He worked as a nervous Ruler and found it very stressful. After a long history of fighting, Kyle and his spouse have recently divorced.
