History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. One day when Alex was young, his mother was sewing while trying to overcome the flu, when suddenly his mother dropped to the ground dead. His mother had died from a severe disease that was unknown to the village doctor. Alex was heart-stricken from the event, and his father started working long hours to provde for them. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Alex fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: Chad was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has taken up work as a Dyer and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.

History: Everard hails from a village terrorized by illithids. A gifted student he started as a Adventurer, but he got bored and became a Mason. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Mason.
