History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Jocelyn alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
