History: Kody was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Kody fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: With black face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his shield with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. He has moderate length chestnut hair. His gray eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: Born in the south to a Stylist, Patrick learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Patrick took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up shield and armor he uses now. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Description: This exceptionally lanky man wears a black collared shirt and green pants. He accessorizes with a black scarf around the waist and a strap diagonally across his shirt. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His half smiles and amber eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Miles was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature shield.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Motivation: He wants to get laid.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.

Motivation: He would like to get married and retire; and he has a crush on the local sailor
