History: Jocelyn lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A gifted student he started as a Miller, but he got bored and became a Carpenter. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Gerard was born on a far southern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Bookbinder. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the east were limited. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
