Personality: This man loves writing and to teach people writing more than just about anything. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the north. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has never given up on his writing dream.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs; and he has money and likes to spend it

Description: An older man who wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized blue coat, he is not a threatening figure. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy auburn hair. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are violet.

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His mother worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled mother and took his mother's old job. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister.

Description: The dark-skinned man stands 6'5" and is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. With bright silver hair and a scraggly beard. His brown eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Sage they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Apothecary, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: A deep hatred of drow; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge
