History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the south. He married young, but lost his spouse to drow. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.
