Description: His skin is bronze and flawless. He sports brown clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. He is an epitome of beauty. He has styled his chestnut hair well, parting it to the right. His hazel eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.
History: Lance hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend.

Description: He wears a white coat over a grey low-cut shirt, and a top hat upon his head. His auburn hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His fierce gray eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: Ralf is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.
History: He got into the Farmer business at a young age. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the west were limited. He tends to his Farmer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and further expansion of business

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He wears brown robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a sickle, but if one is not available he will default to his mace. He is bald on top and has large silver tufts of hair around his ears. He has a tattooed face.
Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the south were limited. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
Motivation: Seeks redemption; and to get a good night's sleep

Personality: He is a Bookbinder first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.
History: Trym was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. A gifted student he started as a Masseuse, but he got bored and became a Bookbinder. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and to be a masseuse again
