History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A gifted student he started as a Baker, but he got bored and became a Masseuse. He now owns his own business.

History: Born in the west to a Mayor, Jocelyn learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He has achieved small success as a Mayor.
