History: He was born in the south. Gerard was born on a far southern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Scribe. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Personality: This man loves painting and to teach people painting more than just about anything. A true patriot, Arnold would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Arnold was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the dire rats.
