Through the years after Gerard was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Gerard's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his painting with anyone who is interested.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He has never given up on his painting dream.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Balimaar grew up listening to his father's many stories. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.
