History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He's also a talented Detective, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Description: This exceptionally lanky man is typically in his Miner uniform. His white hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He tends to his Miner job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and he has decided he is irredeemable

He wears a feathered hat to cover his moderate length silver hair. His half smiles and blue eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Weaver. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He is afraid of men and trembles around them

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Weaver. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: Expand his business; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it

Description: An older man who wears pastel robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a scythe, but if one is not available he will default to his greataxe, he is not a threatening figure. His auburn hair is heavily combed to the left. His brown eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of illithids may trigger it at times.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. His parents were killed by illithids in a raid when he was still a young child. The illithids captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and a deep hatred of illithids

Description: This man wears a worn and beaten armor, and sports empty pouches on his belt. His moppish red hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His eyes are likewise brown. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing writing.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Thomas grew up listening to his father's many stories. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature longbow.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and meet up once more with his childhood friend
